I can't connect to the Arc, what do I do?
The first thing to do is make sure you are on a solid wi-fi or hotspot connection. If you are far from your router or have poor service, try to improve it. Also, keep in mind, it must be a 2.4ghz connection. If you are having issues, consider bringing it inside as close to the router as possible and powering up via USB-C for the update. Note, if you are using an iPhone you must turn on "Maximize Compatibility" under your hotspot settings. If this does not work, navigate to Settings > Device Info > Save Logs and send us the device logs with a follow-up ticket at the top of the screen here on the support page.
I'm getting a device error, what do I do?

I'm having issues with the Wi-Fi network connection, any ideas?
Make sure the network name does not have any special characters in it. You may need to rename your hotspot network name in some iPhone cases. Also be sure to select "Maximize Compatibility" and ensure you have a 2.4ghz network connection.
